A Special Day

Today, I woke early. It promises to be a busy day but since I woke early, I decided to go online.

There on Facebook, I found out that my friend is getting baptized today!

This news brings tears to my eyes.

She is my special friend, one of the closest from school days. We lost touch many years ago, and re-discovered one another in the last few years. Both of us went through a lot of teenage angst together. We were paired up for discipling for two years. We also gave Bible study and did discipling with younger schoolmates together.

And this morn she gets baptized. My lovely, beautiful, vivacious and special friend. Thank God for her, and for this day......
